However, the intensity of investment in fixed assets, which is mainly directed at the expansion of production capacity, has increased unabated. This will intensify the contradiction between supply and demand, worsen the market environment of machinery industry, trigger vicious competition for market orders by competing for price cuts, not only reduce the profit margin of the industry, but also induce vicious behaviors such as jerry-building and cutting materials. There is a danger of reverse adjustment of industrial structure. Facts have proved that the development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry, we must solve the following four basic bottlenecks: first, high-grade CNC machine tools, second, high-performance testing instruments, third, high-grade hydraulic components, fourth, high-quality raw materials.Four is the contradiction between the urgent need to upgrade products and the lack of innovation capability. Facing the severe competition situation, more and more enterprises are looking for the focus from the imported high-end products. Therefore, product research and development and technological upgrading are imperative. However, due to the weak innovation ability, many enterprises and even key enterprises are generally poor in R&D experimental conditions, so it is difficult to achieve the desired level of innovation ability. How to improve innovation ability as soon as possible has become a key factor that can speed up structural adjustment.The five is the contradiction between rising exchange rate and participating in international competition. Since the resumption of exchange rate reform, the exchange rate of RMB against the US dollar has entered a continuous upward channel. With the continuous upward trend of the exchange rate of RMB, the highest value has risen to more than 6.33. It is inevitable that the high-speed growth of imports of machinery products and the weakening of export competitiveness will be undermined by the upward trend of exchange rate. Machinery industry will only rely on low prices to gain. The era of competitive advantage is fading away, and efforts must be made to increase the added value of technology and services to alleviate the pressure of exchange rate rise in the future.The six is the contradiction between changing the mode of development and seeking speed everywhere.
